Down but not out

Part of the Teribery  clan spent Friday at Busch Gardens near Richmond, Virginia and Saturday at Kings Dominion amusement park. The plan was to hit all of the haunted attractions at the parks and get into the Halloween spirit. Unfortunately I managed to come down with a cold so I was out of action for Kings Dominion but did get to enjoy Busch Gardens. Now Ron is not feeling great and Sheila is really getting her butt kicked by that cold bug.

Ron and Nancy made bright orange shirts for the rest of the family that said “We are Browns fans, now that's scary” and they wore shirts that said “Scary is... belonging to this family”. We got a lot of comments about our shirts as we toured the parks and had a lot of fun with the whole idea.

  1. Germ-filled Butch missed out on alot of the " scarey fun" we all had. He missed the opportunity to ride the newest, badest thrill ride the "giga-coaster IMTIMIDATOR 305". It is listed as the tallest & fastest coaster of its type on the East Coast w/a mammoth 5,100 ft of pure fun! Ron rode it the whole way with his arms up in the air, Nan hoped not to pee her pants, and Bruce & Nancy just hung & enjoyed it immensely. Oh, well... maybe some other time.
