I don't know how and I don't know why but Butch has been sabotaging my fishing Normally when we fish together we catch about the same amount. If one does better one day the other makes up for it the next.. However that has totally stopped the last two times that we have fished at the pier. Saturday we went out and Butch caught two nice pompano and about half a dozen blue fish. While he was busy with all of that I was sitting right next to him with the same rigging and the same bait and I did nothing but twiddle my thumbs. We did laundry etc yesterday so I figured that a day break would break the curse and I would catch up with his catch but NO!! Once again I got to sit right next to him and watch while he caught two more nice pompano. One was the biggest we have seen to date. Again, I didn't even get a bite. What has he done to me? Can anyone help? He wants to head out again first thing in the morning, what should I do? Any and all advise is greatly appreciated.
(My theory is; when she starts being nicer to me, the fish will star biting --Butch)
those fish must like mean people is all I can say.
