Gator bait or not.

We took a kayak tour today at Rainbow Springs with a large group from our campground. The water, weather and scenery were all gorgeous. Some of boaters in the group saw a gator, but we didn't, which set back our experimentation. The first picture is of John and Rosie. John has this theory that gators and sharks prefer yellow kayaks so we made sure Rosie always stayed in front of us so we could test his theory. We stood by with our cameras at the ready but there were no gator attacks so further research will be needed before we can officially declare the test a failure (or success). We also have to move to salt water so we can perform further testing on the shark theory. (I'm hoping John's theory is right and the critters don't prefer red and white kayaks) Maybe we will get to the rest of the testing later this week.
