Stay off the highways

April 1st is unofficial going home day in the state of Florida and most of us old geezers will be starting the trek North. On that day 50% of Florida's population begins their migration up either I-75 or I-95. Most of them are over 65 (which means their reflexes are as slow as mine) and don't forget they are all pulling mongo sized trailers or driving huge motor homes. Our little informal poll indicates that at least half of them are heading for Michigan, so if it was me, I would definitely stay off of the major highways during the first week of April. We are heading to Mexico Beach on the 1st and plan on taking back roads all the way there. LOL

Shame on y'all!
